- We will have an initial discussion with you once you contact us to agree all your requirements and arrange dates for our visit. We do ask for a reasonable amount of notice for our visit. We will also agree payment which is always due before the grave cleaning is scheduled.
- We will provide photographs by email of the condition of the grave before and after the care service. This will show any minor scratches and weathering. If any extra work falls into the scope of a specialist such as a stonemason we will advise you of that before beginning work.
- We will always abide by the regulations of any cemetery or graveyard in which we are working.
- A standard bouquet or wreath is included in our price and can be chosen from the samples on our website. We are happy to provide bespoke arrangements after discussing your requirements. We will lay the bouquet at the base of the headstone if there is no vase unless you wish us to provide one.
- We don’t provide vases, ornamental urns, or chippings in our prices but are happy to source them for you.
- All flowers used will be fresh on the day they are placed on your grave. However weather conditions may affect their lifespan.
- Containers shown on our website are for demonstration purposes only.
- We do need a grave number, otherwise it may be difficult for us to find it. If you don’t know exactly where it is, we can discuss an additional small charge for researching this.
- We will try to visit on specific dates when these are important such as birthdays, Mother’s Day etc. However due to weather conditions we may have to make our visit up to 48 hours beforehand.
- Our usual travel area is South Yorkshire but we are happy to travel further afield by special arrangement as part of our bespoke pricing.
